Naila Cheema RSHom PDHom (adv)

Co-Founder, Homeopathy in Practice

Co-Host, The Homeopathy Health Show on the UK Health Radio Network

Homeopath, Biochemic Tissue Salt Practitioner, Nutritionist

I’m Naila Cheema — a homeopath, nutritionist, and educator with over 20 years of experience in homeopathy and natural healing. My relationship with homeopathy began long before my professional training. I grew up in a home where my mother reached for homeopathy first, and that early trust in the body’s natural wisdom has stayed with me ever since.

My formal studies took me from Germany, where I trained in nutrition and homeopathy, to the UK, where I completed my professional homeopathic training. I graduated from The School of Homeopathy with an Advanced Practitioner Diploma (PDHom Adv.) after an intensive four-year programme. For more than two decades, I’ve been weaving together tradition, clinical insight, and modern understanding to support others on their healing journeys.

I’m the co-founder of Homeopathy in Practice, where I create masterclasses, practitioner resources, and learning spaces for both the homeopathic community and the wider public.

I also co-host the award winning Homeopathy Health Show on the UK Health Radio Network, a space where we explore holistic health, real stories, and the evolving landscape of integrative wellbeing.

In addition, I collaborate with RadarOpus as a Scientific Research and Outreach Collaborator, helping bring research-informed approaches into everyday practice. I’ve also contributed to Rapid Relief Homeopathy, a book produced by Dr Khush Mark and the New School of Nutrition.

How I Support Clients

My consultations are gentle, thorough, and truly individual. I work with adults and children experiencing a wide range of chronic or functional health concerns, including:

  • Anxiety, panic, trauma, and emotional overwhelm

  • Chronic stress, burnout, and nervous system imbalance

  • Hormonal transitions and imbalances (PMS, menopause, thyroid support)

  • Digestive issues, IBS, and food sensitivities

  • Skin conditions such as eczema, acne, and psoriasis (supportive care)

  • Autoimmune and inflammatory conditions

  • Fatigue, low immunity, and recurrent infections

  • Grief, suppressed emotions, and long-standing psychosomatic patterns

  • Emotional and behavioural challenges in children

My Approach

I take the time to understand the full story, your symptoms, emotions, life experiences, and the patterns that sit beneath the surface. This allows treatment to be gentle, precise, and deeply restorative.

My work is rooted in compassion, clarity, and a deep respect for the body’s natural capacity to rebalance and heal.

Through a blend of science, soul, and service, I support individuals in restoring resilience, balance, and wellbeing — from the inside out.
