4. Booking, Cancellation, and Refund Policy

  • Refunds:
    âž” If you cancel at least 72 hours before the scheduled consultation time, you are eligible for a full refund.
    âž” Cancellations made within 72 hours of the appointment are non-refundable.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel consultations due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, you will be offered a rescheduled time or a full refund.

  • You may need to create an account to book consultations, manage preferences, or subscribe to newsletters.
